external agents. This is all essential in order to achieve
the best quality. Nowadays, the vats or containers are
coated with materials that are totally water-proof and
inviolable, thus preventing any alteration or contamination
of the oil, keeping it protected from light and air, at an
optimum temperature.
Stainless steel is one of the best metal containers, without
neglecting polyester and fibreglass that are best adapted to
changes in temperature.
